Adjusting to new home

Mauser went with us sometimes when our home was first being built. He got excited when we moved in and wanted to play and we played with him inbetween unpacking. He loved our basement since we didn't have one at our old home because it was a slab. He misses our backyard, which was fenced in because he had the run of it. We don't have a fenced in yard here but my husband put a gate on our deck and calls it Mauser's observation deck. Mauser will take a toy with him when he goes outside and lays in the sun or barks at our neighbors.
