General updates

Today I just wanted to change something on the way the forums looked. I think the previus design was a bit boring, so I added some more "life" to it.

We moved the forums into the root and we're upgrading the new script. A new theme is on the works, so please don't mind the ugly looks Wink

I really like it, and you said MyBB is hard to skin. One suggestion: change the icons to match the colour scheme
