Why does a dog turn around a few times before he/she lies down?

RE: Instincts

OH MY GOD!!
I THINK ALL DOGS DO IT!
COCO DOES IT EVERY NIGHT. HE'S MOVING HIS COVERS WITH HIS NOSE AND MAKING THIS LIKE 'SNEEZING NOISE' WHEN HE'S DOING IT. THEN HE'LL LAY DOWN ONLY TO GET BACK UP AND DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN.
