Exercise
What types of exercise do you enjoy doing?
I have been taking yoga classes since the beginning of this year. It has helped me to be more flexible and a great stress release from work.
I just finished taking a core strengthening class, for the past ten months, because of osteo-arthritis in my shoulders, lower back, and knees. I started taking a cardio kickboxing class last week and I plan to try a cardio pump class this Thursday night. We'll be using balancing balls and weights as we exercise.
On the weekends, I do yoga and pilate exercises at home. My spine doctor told me that the osteo-arthritis is degenerative, which means it weakens the spine. So, I need to probably do some form of exercise the rest of my life.
I enjoy the classes and the people I meet.

I tried Yoga a while ago and it's a lot harder than it looks! Wish I had a place close by to take classes but unfortunetly I don't so I kinda lost interest.
Right now, just walking the dogs or taking them for a run in the woods is enough exercise for me. I'm more of an indoor girl.

Exercise and enjoyment don't go in the same line for me I am 17 1/2 weeks pregnant and run around after a 19 months old, and a 2 year old Jack Russell That's enough exercise for me I also do walk a lot!
Being pregnant and chasing a 19 month old is work...who needs exercise after that..
