Pug owners - eye popping question

Are there any Pug owners here? if so, can you tell me if the stories about pugs having their eyes pop out when they sneeze is true or is it an urban legend?

I have a friend who swears black and blue that it can happen. I don't think I could handle a dog that's eyes pop out! Embarassed But they look so cool!
