My son, Mike, works at Stefanina's, an Italian restaurant in our town. I love their spinach & chicken lasagna. It's made with layers of pasta, spinach, chicken, white sauce and their special blend of cheeses.
I used to make chicken and spinach quiche which my family loved. I also like baked cod or salmon. I love BBQ chicken, steak and hamburgers.
In the winter, I'll make chilli for my husband. He loves it.

Maybe we can help each other since I don't know anything about web design and you can't cook. I could send you some simple recipes and you can share some of your experience with a newbie to web design. Just a suggestion.

web designing isnt reall my bag but i love to cook, just get a chicken stuff it with onion, garlic and apple smear some olive oil in the skin, sprinkle a little of mixed herbs and some garlic salt on top stick it in the oven on 190oC for about 2 hours(check times on the chicken) if you wasnt some roast potatoes with it, peal and cut them up about the same size as eachhother place them next to chicken and sprinkle a little flower on them and maybe a few mixed herbs again and leave them to roast with the chicken (simple)

I like to cook simple meals, like frozen veggies I like it because they're tasty and easy to make ... i also like to eat fries .. a lot!
